Yeah been closed since 2006. Sad as hell, fire set the tenants back a ton and couldn't pay rent so they were evicted. The owners wanted to bulldoze the place but got it historically protected. Wonder what a lease on a place like that would cost.

fuckin restaurant biz iz tough, would be expensive to get such of the ground. Tough racket, much bad juju.
Good idea though, with the right backing and enough capital it could be made to work.Camaro: a small vicious animal that eats mustangs.

if it was remodeled right. 50 -60's correct. Served a limited menu like in andout and retained the name, it might make it.

Dude, all of us would be there. At a minimum. So many people miss that place. Sad as shit to see it like that. It'd take a couple weeks with a group of people restoring it with the 50's-60's theme and serving burgers, shakes/malts with a limited menu like Jay said.

I used to take my firebird there when it freakin ran with the 455 with my dad in the 68 GTO (434ci pontiac). If I was in a much better financial situation, I'd totally be up for making it happen.
