Bank Approved our Offer!
WTF MAN?! So, Saturday, a realtor showed our house to a family, and we get a solid offer for $140 (asking was 150), already had funding ready, so we sign papers yesterday (that's why I left howie's early and showed up @ Tony's late) to send to the bank. Had a backup offer for 120k also, so we were stoked. We had put in an offer on a house in Visalia (with a 3-car garge nonetheless!
) Friday and got a phone call this morning from our realtor letting us know we got the house! I am SO damn stoked, you don't even know. Too f-ing stressful trying to short-sell a house while purchasing a new one. I'll officially be living in Visalia for those of you who care! Definitely having a house warming get together lol.
4 bedroom (with private office for my goon-like computer stuff), 2 bath, 1951 sq ft, 7500sq ft lot, built in 99, 2 fireplaces, and in a culdesac. Guys, I am flat out STOKED!
Tony

Travis - Well, this is a different one, but yeah, we found this one afterwards, I saw it go on the market as a foreclosure, but no price. Saw it on the MLS a few days later, day 4 on the MLS, went and looked at it, put in an offer on day 5, and they submitted 4 offers on Friday. Already had an answer back today! Just gotta do some paperwork, sign this, sign that bs, and be completed with carpet cleaning, etc by mid-april. These bank owned units roll fast!
