Makes me want to rebuild mine with forged internals too... Stupid old ass block lol... Does anyone have a ballpark figure of how much a forged 346 would run?

just depends what pistons and rods you wanna go with....If you want pm me some ideas we can bounce back and forth and figure out what rod and piston meets your budget and power needs.

Probably be done in about 2 months or so maybe longer if i keep adding shit to it like i have been. It started out as just a stock short block rebuild and led to a fully built all forged 383. My head's should be done in a week i'm waiting to put the 2.05 valves in em and then i got to get the custom grind camshaft and valve train.

After the engine is finished i need to get the 1-7/8in long tubes the electric water pump the fuel system a stall and some other little shit.

Should be ready by summer though!

Make sure to unshroud the new larger valve,or the extra time and money involved in going to a 2.05 intake valve will be a waste.

Right don't they cut or gring out the old seat and put a new one in? I dont know a whole lot about building engines so if thats wrong hopefully you know what i mean.

Dude it wouldnt be that much!! Shit all you would need is some good pistons and rod's maybe ARP hardware and you would set with the bottom end! I would spend your money on some good head's and you would be soo fast!
