Big problems, need help/advice

Short and sweet version::::

Clutch went out in my 03 mach1, bought a new centerforce+bearing. We Started taking working on the car and got to the point where the last two bolts were left on the transmission housing. They are the top two bolts.

The top right bolt is at a tough angle, we dropped the tranny at an angle to get at it but the damn bolt would not break! So after a few attempts we saw the bolt starting to get rounded off. We sprayed it with wd-40 and let it sit while we went to get some sockets to take off ronuded bolts. We came back with the same results, the bolt wouldnt break, the sockets slipped off, and now the bolt is totally F'd up.

Tonight i was able to get the top left, but the last bolt is destroyed and I am here to see what you guys could suggest. Im thinking a shop might be my best bet right now.

I have tried everything the internet has to offer, excpet dropping the whole motor/trans.

Thanks.

Do you have enough room to tack weld a nut on the bolt head? Not only will the nut be easier to get a wrench on, but the heat going into the bolt will loosen it up. If not that, vise grips and alot of patience. I doubt the shop is going to be able to do much better now that you are already at that point. Take a step back, relax, and look at your options. It'll come out one way or another.
