Yet another blown 3v with a very happy customer
Car is on 7psi long tubes 4.10 gears fms cai corsa cat back exhaust.
so far after only 3 pulls its making 417 390tq 11.8 a/f 17 degrees of timing.still super safe a/f is a flat line and customer is stoaked.We are going to put alittle 50 shot on it and see where it goes.Will update late on that.

nah lol Those 3v slugs are waaaaay picky, the 06&up have the top ring pushed way up to the top to help with emissions and rattle. That makes for very little crown and almost no room for detonation even without boost or the hose.....

Shay i have made 500 whp on the 3vs.
This blower wont make 9psi.its maked out at 7psi.

The 3vs are sturdy as long as the tune is.Look at my car,470 whp on bottle and 540 tq on stock 60000 mile motor.

Not saying it cant be done and made to live, they are just very sensative to knock as we both know....
Different subject but;
Here's what 16psi and a complete douchebag owner does after only a little while, HEATON baby the only way to fly... 450ish whp but didnt last long lol......

the 3vs on average handle about 10 more degrees of timing then the 2v does,Alot of it is in the cylinder head,your average n/a 2v timing is in the low to mid 20s,3vs are low 30s.
