My New Toy
So on my way back from Victorville on Saturday I met up with a guy in bakersfield that wanted my honda. So we met up test drove each others cars and we both liked them. So to shorten up the story I ended up coming home with a new toy. Its a 1998 Sonoma and i know im gonna catch alot of hell for it but im ready lol
Let me know your honest opinon. Here is some more info about the truck
-Slam Specalties bags all 4 corners
-2 Vlair 380 compressors
-7 gallon air tank
-front does up,down,side2side
-back does samething ^
-It has a 4 inch body drop
-12-15 gallon fuel cell
-19" Intro wheels(brand new). and from the intro company themselves those rims cost $2500. i didnt believe him so he showed me the reciept and the order paper
-no carpet,ac,or heater due to the bodydrop
Let me know what you guys/gals think of the truck

well either the guy that sold it to me or the guy that built it painted to gauges and when he put them back in he didnt plug them in all the way so they dont work(easy fix) umm the front left bag leaks slowly, the wires for the fuel cell are all messed up. i mean its all easy stuff to fix but its not major things. o and its missing the stepside on the passenger side of the bed due to the air tank placement. but its something different for now. i was getting tired of that honda and i wanted something new.

i figured i was only gonna sell my honda for maybe $1,500. it was a 94 with almost 200,000 miles. so the rims on this truck are worth more than that whole car. plus the 2" cowl hood and the bag setup. thats twice what my car was worth then you gotta add in the value of the truck itself.
rims=2,500+ the price of the tires
hood=about 450 with shipping and handling
bag setup= about 1,000 if you do the work yourself about 1800 if someone does it for you. i think i really got a good deal lol that guy was
for doing this deal
