    Cool 66 Chevy

Hey there, My name is Bonzai and I'm in the process of building up a 1966 Chevy C10 Fleetside Shortbed pickup. So far I have added new autometer gauges in a billet aluminum panel and have began to accumulate parts to build the motor. It has a sbc 400 with a 700r4 trans and original peg leg rear end. The most recent upgrade has been all new components in the front suspension. Should have it on the road again soon... pics to come soon!

Hey pal, glad you could make it. If anyone has any questions on that generation of truck, Bonzai is the guy to talk to, he knows where to get parts and roughly how much they are as well as labor to get them installed. One bad ass truck considering what he paid for it too! =) Welcome to the board!

    Suspension work at Discount Tire

Yeah I did get all the front suspension work done at Discount Tire on Mooney and Walnut, right next to In and Out burger. They did a pretty nice job and were flexible with letting my truck sit in their shop for at least a month. I had all my own parts that I had got from Summit and CPP online. (those CPP guys are bad ass when it comes to brakes and suspension) As they went along, things popped up that I had to get, but it turned out pretty nice.
    Run what you brung!!
