Thread: My 79 Chevy Big Ten

Hey guys, im new to this whole thing and im excited to hear all the new mods and rebuilds from everyone. I own a 79 big ten that i am fixing up. My grandfather gave me this truck and ive had it sold from under me but got it back thanks to a nice guy! The engine is a rebuilt 350 with a 350 trans, 750 carb I do have some performer parts but i havent put them on yet. Right now i am moding out the interior making it different to stand out. Going with a Purple and Black theme, Black electric leather bucket seats, billet accessories and a kicker system. Not all the way done with it id like to add a tv monitor and a custom center console. The outside is in great shape, i keep it in tip top shape just put some U.S. Indy mags on it and a billet grille. Soon i will do the body work and slap a white pearl with grey ghost flames on it.

I'll probably come out. My brother is always out there and usually asks if i want to go. If im not busy i will be there. Can't miss the truck its the only one like it around.

My brother is sixtyninebee (Dustin) drives a tubed out superbee that is grey and he hangs out with 67sbc (Joe) and all those people.

Yea he told me about the website. Its pretty cool. I dont think any of the other guys know its me on here. BIGDADDY knows my brother too and a lot of others. Hey ask my bro about my 65 mustang, i wish i still had it and i would have fit into this race things just fine. I doubt my truck qualifies for a cen-cal sticker and the right to ride along with you guys. One day i will build another muscle car. But for now its a custom truck thing. thats a nice mustang even tho im not much of a ford guy..lol..and im sure your truck would qualify but im sure tony will get u a sticker..he gave me one and mine dont even run yet..haha
