my truck isnt starting
idk what the problem could be. its been doing this a lot lately. i put a new starter in and it was working beautifully and now it doesnt want to start at all. i thought it could be my tranny going out and it not disengaging the neutral safety switch but i dont think that is the problem. i think it could be either electrical, which why would it be messing up now instead of earlier? or the starter or something that has to do with the starter. maybe the cylinoid. has anyone heard of something like this?

When you bump the key do you hear the solenoid pop out? Does it try to turn over at all?
