    Deconstruction has begun

I have to put my engine hoist and stand together then remove some motor mount bolts and pull the engine. I got a long way to go and a short time to get there, I'm gonna do what they say cant be done...

Sounds like a song. Hopefully this shit wont take too long cuz I need to get that block checked so I can make some plans and a time table. I will post when I find something out or when ever I get bored, whichever comes first.

got the block out and dis-assembled. Bearings no es bueno, good thing that piston broke. Bearings look oil starved according to Manuel at Smith Auto, I agree but would have said they look rather fucked. Block needs to have one hole checked to make sure theres enough to bore and have the block checked for cracks. Should know Tuesday or Wednesday.

Dont know what the oil starvation shit is about but I'm putting the high pressure spring in my oil pump and am going to figure out how to check the oil galleys in the block. That oil thing is pissing me off, is there anyway to test an oil pump?

best guess as to why my crank bearings were wasted and my cam/bearings were beautifully new looking is poor machine work.

I sure wish it didnt happen cuz then I wouldnt be spending monies on building a 6.0, ok well I might be but at the same time my car would be running now.
