    LS1 bearings.. help and inputs..

well i am down to needing the bearings for the bottom end.. i was at Smith auto talkin to keith about what to run and he thought i should get others input being that he doesnt do tons of newer stuff..
so i been lookin on LS1tech and seein what others are running..

it looks like most are running clevite but keith said some good things about ACL witch he has only seen in a 1000 hp 4g63 4banger for the salt flats...

also what would be the right clearance to run for a turbo alum block??

all input is welcome hoping some of it is from the right people

    thanks guys..

I dont know jack diddley shit but I would run the ACL bearings. I am gonna try them out when ever I get to needing bearings. Never used them myself so personal experience but I have only heard god things about them.

its the shock of the instant force on the piston,it hammers the rod, thats why like really big big nitrous or blower motors run aluminum rods to cushion the crank so it doesnt break the crank
