Thread: Intake for the Goat RAM AIR??

Hey guys I found this really cool intake that the company claims is WAAAY better then the regular KN ones what do you guys think i read the technical stuff and it sounds pretty convincing

I know they make some cool cold air kits for the vette guys, it looks legit man. Travis showed me 1 off ls1gto, that went infront of the radiator, I've also seen it in GM high tech, in "gto queen" some chick with a 10 sec goat.. Pretty cool..

the vararam is a pricy piece and have heard mixed results for them .... guess its hard to actually get a true ram air in the GTO but it will help..

The Corvette community swears by the Vararam.

Well it cost as much as the K&N intake and this one gots me more sold then the K&N, hey how about the ram air ducs is there any way to modify those seems like the opening is slanted to the back of the motor i wonder if you cut an inch or so it would allow more air into the whole engine bay??

Was it that has u sold more than the k&n? What do u like more on the vavaram than the k&n?

just do them both and talk john out of the dyno pulls and do back to back see where you gert more power then send the other back

The vararam shows its strength at speed and not on a dyno where you have no ram air effect. I have one on my Vette and it was a notable difference in the seat of the pants. And Trav, quit spending your money on some ricer baller gauges and get that motor back together.

lol motor isnt goin to be back together til i get back... i just need the cam though.. might be ordering it today... maybe....
