74 Rear Bumper Free Mod
Today I was bored since i'm on a budget build and waiting for more funds for the engine stuff. I decided to work on that gap on the rear bumper of my 74 Nova.
1st. I took off the rear bumper
2nd. I unbolted the brackets that hold the bumper that are bolted to the frame.
3rd. I oblonged the holes that are on the frame towards the outside more.
4th. Lined the bumper up and pushed the bolts through and used old nuts from the bumper mounting to the brackets.
5th. you will have to flip the lic bracket so it opens up wards
6th. Take a break your done in all about 45mins with a friend helping.
This is what I got out of it so far, and I will aligning it a little more this weekend to make the gaps even on the ends.

Just to show you guys, this is what a 74 Nova bumper looks like stock......

Holy rearbumpers batman!!!! That thing looks like the rear end of a utility truck! We need to mount a vise and pipe bender back there on that brown nova. That's a pretty neat mod there buddy
