I used to have a Zex kit, Simple is the best way to really discribe them. Not going to have to mess with alot of wires, and pretty straight forward. Try Nitro Daves site, hell give them a call, Chris and Glen are great guys, and will help you get what you need.. Plus they are running a sale rightnow, and that might help sway your choices.
With your tranny, I would say spray the shit out of it, and if it starts slippin, then rip it out, and build it better.
look more into what your playing with on the motor side, Pistons, rods ect. thats what I would be worried about. Without Forged internals I wouldnt suggest anything over 150 shot. How does the car run? Rich? Lean? timing? You need to have things in order, or you can really start melting shit! also pay attention to the fuel pressure requirements of your nitrous kit, if your pump aint up to providing the fuel, you might be buying a motor!!
Dont get me wrong, I spray the piss out my cars, and never have had any problems, rather than my window switch going out on me, or something dumb. I would never say dont do it, but I want to make sure someone dont run out an throw a kit on thier car, and blow it up, and then have nothing.
