Thread: 2010 Tulare County Fair

Wife brought up a good idea tonight and wanted me to post it... What do we all think about running a cen-cal racing car in the destruction derby? We can get a float in the parade with our car on it, banner, all of us involved and rockin out. What do you think? We have plenty of time until the deadline, just wanted to mention it now since I wanted ideas/suggestions and get the jump on it so we're not rushed. I'm sure our sponsors would be more than willing to help us set something like this up because afterall, their logos would be on the side of the car!!! Well?

We'd also need to see who would be driving the car. We could always ro sham bo, race off, or vote, lol. Just throwing it out there!

That sounds cool... When is the deadline?

Fair is in September, they don't even have forms out for registration yet, so we're WAY early. =) Just wanted to get some ideas rolling and get a car, running, etc.

thats a great idea, we've done it couple of times and it is always good to start early that way you dont have to pull all nighters. i know we always keep extra parts form previous cars so just hit me up.

we can run multiple cars too, depending on how much every one funds privately and hwo much the sponsors help out. if we had 5 or 10 cars in there with cen cal logos, that would be the shit
