I work with a lot of mexicans and they taught me how to cook some delicious tacos. It is pretty easy to do.
Start frying 1 lb. chorizo and throw in a cut up onion and clove of garlic. After it is getting good and fried throw in 2 eggs and mix them up in there. Then you pour a salsa verde over the top and let simmer for a couple minutes. Then spoon the mix into some warm corn tortillas and you are enjoying restaurant quality tacos.Last edited by cucumber; 11-09-2010 at 12:43 PM.

Damn.... don't you ever get out of the city.............. A&W isn't out of town either....... and just because THE SPOT ! is out of town it's only cotton, corn, ect. you gotta get out where there is fruit and nut trees............ that's where all the cookin is done.............what border brother wants to stand in the middle of a cotton or corn field and cook tacos........... one spark and the whole crop goes up in flames.........they gotta get under a tree........ like camo or some shit....... dude you need to go for a 6:00am drive out by Lindsay , Exeter , Woodlake, Porterville area................ thats where the resturants are ..
