The best chile verde is in Orosi at la Esperanza!! Pancho villa in Tulare by the DMV is really good too.. Home made style tortillas.. Also on the corner of bardsley and e st in tulare right next to the liquor/gas station is really good too!!

Your right. Espe Chips are the friigin best ! Hands down. it's a meal by it self. Can't forget the Chile Relanos. The best in the valley.

omg i had some tacos at el mejor in visalia on center and court they were the bomb biggity!

I work with a lot of mexicans and they taught me how to cook some delicious tacos. It is pretty easy to do.

Start frying 1 lb. chorizo and throw in a cut up onion and clove of garlic. After it is getting good and fried throw in 2 eggs and mix them up in there. Then you pour a salsa verde over the top and let simmer for a couple minutes. Then spoon the mix into some warm corn tortillas and you are enjoying restaurant quality tacos.

Dude are you sure your a beaner ? drive by any olive orchard this time of year and the chefs are cookin their breakfast tacos right there on the side of the road , over a open fire...... now thats where you get the good shit.

If you really want some Great Mecican Food try the Farmers Market here in Lindsay on a Friday evening.............. It's just the basics.Tortas.Taco's,Tamales,Sopes,Tostadas. and my favorite the Papa's en Queso enchiladas..... for $3.00 you get 2 enchiladas ( i have gotten 4 before and it was way to much to eat)with all the cabbage,lettuce,tomato,red/white onion,green chile salsa,sour cream, and japaleno's you can eat. It's a damn good meal at a hella price. Oh and roasted corn and also Papusa's if you know what they are. if you wait till late around 8:00 it takes over a hour to get enchiladas...but they are worth it.

+2 Not only will you have shit-tons of good food there's a lot to see if you know what I mean.

Damn.... don't you ever get out of the city.............. A&W isn't out of town either....... and just because THE SPOT ! is out of town it's only cotton,corn, ect. you gotta get out where there is fruit and nut trees............ that's where all the cookin is done.............what border brother wants to stand in the middle of a cotton or corn field and cook tacos........... one spark and the whole crop goes up in flames.........they gotta get under a tree........ like camo or some shit....... dude you need to go for a 6:00am drive out by Lindsay , Exeter , Woodlake, Porterville area................ thats where the resturants are ..
