I work with a lot of mexicans and they taught me how to cook some delicious tacos. It is pretty easy to do.

Start frying 1 lb. chorizo and throw in a cut up onion and clove of garlic. After it is getting good and fried throw in 2 eggs and mix them up in there. Then you pour a salsa verde over the top and let simmer for a couple minutes. Then spoon the mix into some warm corn tortillas and you are enjoying restaurant quality tacos.

It's a damn good meal at a hella price. Oh and roasted corn and also Papusa's if you know what they are. if you wait till late around 8:00 it takes over a hour to get enchiladas...but they are worth it.

+2 Not only will you have shit-tons of good food there's a lot to see if you know what I mean.
